Messages may include monitoring alerts, case and account notifications, setup help, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The above does not apply to your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates, and no mobile information will be shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep personal and health information as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law, regulation, or our record-keeping policies, including after services end. De-identified data may be kept indefinitely.
