    BPHM for families

    Contactless care.
Closer to the people you love.

You can’t be there every moment. We help you understand when your loved one’s health patterns change.

A small sensor near the bed tracks resting heart rate, breathing, sleep and movement. Our clinical team reviews the trends and helps coordinate the next step when a change needs attention.

Talk about your family See how it works

    No cameras or microphones

    Nothing to wear

    No alarms in the room

    Daily clinical review

    For the moments between check-ins

“I’m fine” doesn’t always tell the whole story.

A call tells you how their day went. A visit lets you see how they’re doing. But neither shows how their body’s patterns may be changing overnight.

BPHM adds another layer of awareness, without asking your loved one to change the way they live.

    For an adult child

    Less guessing from a distance.

Whether you live across town or across the country, you have a clinical team looking at changes you cannot see over the phone.

    For an older adult

    Your routine. Your privacy.

Keep living your life. Nothing to wear, no camera in your room and no overnight reading to remember.

For a family with a loved one in care

    Another layer between visits.

Monitoring complements the people already caring for your loved one, with reviewed concerns that can guide a closer check.

    What we actually monitor

The small changes you wouldn’t see on a call.

The sensor tracks patterns while your loved one rests. Our team looks at how those patterns change over time.

    Resting heart rate

How their heart rate changes while they rest.

    Breathing rate

Changes in their usual overnight breathing patterns.

    Sleep patterns

Changes in how long and how consistently they rest.

    Movement

Changes in their usual overnight activity.

A change is a signal to look closer, not a diagnosis. Your healthcare provider makes medical decisions.

    How it works

Quiet technology. Real people behind it.

    1. 01

A small sensor. A normal night.

A contactless sensor sits near the bed. It collects readings while your loved one rests, without touching them or recording images or sound.

    2. 02

We learn what is usual for them.

Over time, readings build a picture of their normal patterns. We look for changes from their own usual range, not just someone else’s average.

    3. 03

A clinical team takes a closer look.

Our clinical team reviews trends daily. When a change warrants follow-up, we contact the designated family member or care team with a specific next step.

You’re not being handed a pile of numbers. Our clinical team reviews the patterns. Follow-up might mean asking about appetite, checking a temperature or discussing a concern with the healthcare provider.

    Care without the intrusion

Their bedroom is still their bedroom.

Feeling supported should not mean feeling watched. BPHM monitors health patterns, not private moments.

A few things you may be wondering

    Questions worth asking.

You don’t need to understand the technology to decide whether it feels right for your family.
